– Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from date of delivery.

– Sale items can be returned within 7 days from date of delivery

– Panties, tights, Push up pads and Stick ons (including silicone bras, breast lift tapes, pull ups and nipple covers) are not exchangeable

– Items returned must be in a good condition and with original packaging and labels.

– Bliss lingerie reserves the right to refuse exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in resaleable condition as it was purchased.

– For any returns please notify us via an email on [email protected] within 48 hours from date of delivery.

– If an item is not available from our store and the customer paid for it, a full refund will be given.
