Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

Yes, items can be returned or  exchanged with something else or a credit note can be issued if  returned in store within 14 days from date of delivery.

Panties, Tights and silicone bras are not exchangeable.

Credit Notes are valid for 3 months, No CASH refunds.

IMPORTANT: 

When returning an item, the product must be unused with original tags attached and with original packaging.
